Third Annual Report

 The Commission's Third Annual Report covered the twelve months ending June 2008.  A major activity during that period was meeting with the Chief Justices of the Trial Court to receive their comments on the Commission's Report on Barriers to Access in the Commonwealth and to learn about their extensive efforts to improve access to justice in the courts.  Most of the Chief Justices sent the Commission written statements.  Some came to a Commission meeting to address the whole Commission while others met with Commission representatives in their courthouses.
